We may disclose your Personal Information to third parties as permitted by the PDPA. We will obtain your consent before such disclosure in any other circumstances.

You agree to share with us Personal Information which is accurate and not misleading, and also undertake to update us if there are any changes to your Personal Information. You agree that we will not be held responsible for any inaccurate or misleading Personal Information provided by you.

We will take reasonable measures to safeguard your Personal Information from any unauthorised access, misuse or other risks in relation to the collection, storage, use, disclosure or transfer of such Personal Information. Please note that while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your Personal Information.

Please also note that we will only retain your Personal Information as long as it is permitted by law or relevant for any reasons or Purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

  1. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

We may transfer or permit the transfer of your Personal Information outside Singapore. However, we will not transfer or permit any of your Personal Information to be transferred outside Singapore unless the transfer is in compliance with Singapore laws. Where necessary, we undertake to inform you and obtain your consent on the countries to which your Personal Information may be transferred to.

In the event that you wish to withdraw your consent to us in relation to the collection, storage, use, disclosure, or transfer of your Personal Information, you may communicate such withdrawal to us.
