Krithika Gunasingham
Director
Krithika read law at UCL and graduated with an LLB (Hons). Prior to her admission as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore, she completed her training contract with GLA and has been part of the firm since.
Krithika was appointed as an Associate Director of GLA in the span of four years. Her diverse experience and practice areas include corporate governance and regulatory compliance, banking and trade finance, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, data protection and privacy and employment matters. She has assisted a wide range of clients over the years, from well-known multinational corporations to domestic and foreign SMEs and start-ups in cross-border transactions and domestic matters.
Krithika heads up a team of corporate lawyers, paralegals and trainees and also handles the interface with our litigation lawyers and foreign partner firms, and where necessary, instructs external counsel on behalf of clients.
Krithika also serves on the board of the Indo-Pacific Centre, the public policy arm of GLA.
