Yohan has been in practice as a corporate lawyer for more than 20 years and today, he heads up the Corporate Department at Shahrizat Rashid & Lee, a leading full-featured law firm based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A barrister-at-law at Gray’s Inn, London, and an Advocate and Solicitor admitted to the Singapore Bar, Yohan has a master’s degree in Corporate and Commercial Law from University College London (UCL).

His extensive wealth of legal experience ranges from advising listed corporations on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange, initial public offerings, Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and strategic alliances to specialised advice on construction law, telecommunications, rail infrastructure and oil and gas projects.

Beyond his home base in Malaysia, Yohan has also led several major legal projects internationally and cross-border, from Australia and South Africa to Uzbekistan. He brings a wealth of global knowledge as a director of the law corporation.
